Oil Pollution Courses
HMS is offering the full four day On Scene Commander Ports/Oil Response Manager Course and the 1.5 day foundation course, on Teesside and now back on site.
The OPRC Refresher course can still be conducted by Zoom if required and blended courses can also be organised.
Port Facility Security Officer courses
HMS can also offer a three day PFSO course, starting 28th March 2022, taking place on Teesside.
HMS understands that the Department for Transport is on track to announce the need for refresher training, a first in the 20 year history of ISPS and PSFO. HMS has this course readily prepared and available and has already delivered to partners such as ConocoPhillips.
